Kabwe Warriors suffered a 1 nill loss away at struggling Nchanga Rangers in a week 23 fixture played at Nchanga Stadium on Saturday 7 July 2018.
The goal came in the 62nd minute with Mohamed Amadu catching the Warriors defenders napping after meeting a cross from the left wing.
Warriors will count themselves unlucky as they hit the post with Emmanuel Okutu heading against the upright in the first 5 minutes after some good work on the right flank by James Chibwe.

Nchanga Rangers were awarded a penalty in the 36th minute after Clement Mwape handled in the box but Nasha Kaaya couldn’t convert hitting the post from spot kick.
Tempers were high in the second half as Warriors chased for the opening goal.
Trying to bring on Nelson Maziwisa, the Warriors players focused to the touch line waiting for a Substitution but Nchanga Rangers made a quick start from a deadball catching the Warriors players off guard.
The ball seemed to have run out of play but Amadu gladly executed a fine finish from close range.
Scott Ngokene and the Warriors players rushed to the assistant referee in protest against the goal claiming the ball had rolled out for a goal kick before the cross came in from Ben Chengo.
There was more drama as a Nchanga Stadium security officer nearly went into a punch up with Jacob Phiri on the substitutes bench as the Warriors player seemed not pleased with the ball boys not releasing the ball, before the cops intervened.
Nchanga Rangers holding their ground survived a late scare with Laison Thole hitting the cross bar from a free kick in the 80th minute.
Brave held on to the goal and boosts their chances for survival while Warriors consider it as a set back in their quest to play continental football.
The loss sees Warriors drop into 4th position.
