Derby Ends in draw at President Stadium

Kabwe Warriors settled for a goalless draw against Town rivals Prison Leopards in the first Kabwe Derby of the season.

The buildup to the game was electric as the two teams went head to head at the President Stadium on Sunday afternoon.

The stage was set with bragging rights at stake.

Jimmy Ndhlovu led the front for the Magnificent team partnered by the bullish Tapson Kaseba.

Beleki had half chances in the game with two long range efforts going over the bar.

Threats from Leopards came from Lubinda Mundia and Landu Miete.

However, both defenses could not be breached as the two teams settled for a point.

Up next for Warriors is a trip to Nkwazi on 17 September.
